Partial builds
Linux EL9 is partial on purpose. It is built with a restricted set: anything pulling a full X11 or Wayland stack is skipped, since no host in that group has a display. Skipped packages are absent from the index, not present and broken.
Frozen branch
The previous branch is kept for hosts not yet moved. It is not rebuilt — the last run before the freeze is what stays, and it goes away at the next freeze.
Failures
A failed build is retried once in the following window. Two failures and the package is dropped from the index and written to the build log, which is not public. The count column shows what is indexed, so it moves between runs.
